Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

• Malaysia: J&T Express, 3–5 business days. Free shipping on orders above RM250.
• Singapore: International courier, 7–14 business days.
• United States: International courier, 14–21 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by local customs authorities.

Carrier Responsibility

Aerii is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier directly.
